Since Boothniti provides specialized consulting and digital services, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Initial retainer fees for political PR and booth management services are generally non-refundable once the research and execution phase has commenced. Cancellations must be formally submitted in writing 30 days in advance, as per the service agreement.
